Conference Connection Strategy
Connection works best when it is designed into the event from the beginning. I partner work with your team before the conference to identify opportunities for participation, strengthen the attendee journey, and build engagement into the agenda without simply adding more content or activities.
Structured Networking
Networking works better with a little structure. Lauren designs and facilitates intentional, introvert-approved connection experiences, broken into shorter segments and woven throughout your agenda wherever they fit best.
The Engagers
Emcee and DJ, working as one seamless experience. Lauren and DJ Jeff bring polished energy from conference kickoff through the networking reception.
As a dynamic duo, we bring walk-up songs that make speakers feel like rockstars, strategic energy resets between sessions, and seamless integration with your existing A/V setup. Add music bingo, themed playlist experiences, or custom audience engagement moments to take it even further.
Presenter Preparation & Speaker Coaching
Don’t let amazing content fall flat. Lauren helps presenters, panelists, and internal speakers move beyond reading from their slides to truly engaging their audience, sprinkling in moments of interaction. Coaching includes 1:1 speaker prep, emcee and moderator coaching, and panel or fireside chat moderation by Lauren herself. Group presentation skills training also available by request, for a conference or your team.
The Un-Keynote: Connection in Motion
A high-energy interactive keynote that throws out the traditional playbook. Attendees build rapport through guided networking instead of passive listening. This is Lauren's signature, single-session connection experience, delivered in full. Learn more here.
Interactive Workshops
These are not sit-and-listen sessions. I lead highly interactive workshops that give participants practical tools, time to practice, and opportunities to connect ideas to their own work. Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes or expandable into longer training experiences. Topics include networking, public speaking/presentations, and training. Custom programming also available. Exhibitor Prep Rally
Give your exhibitors a competitive edge. Before the exhibit hall opens, I energize and prepare them with practical tips to make the most of every conversation at their booth.
Music Bingo
A high-energy, interactive game experience that gets attendees singing along, laughing together, and competing for prizes. Music Bingo can be incorporated into a conference experience or booked on its own for receptions, celebrations, and evening entertainment. Features The Engagers - professional emcee and DJ dynamic duo.

Comedy Bingo
Part comedy show. Part bingo game. One memorable shared experience.
This 60- to 75-minute interactive experience features Lauren Ansley as host, three professional Suitable for Work comedians, and includes bingo cards for each round and fun prizes - you’re encouraged to add your own, too! First, we enjoy a stand-up comedy performance, then we play bingo after each set.
Comedy Bingo Live can be booked as part of a conference experience or as a standalone event. Note: Comedy Bingo is currently exclusively available to the Greater Charlotte, NC region.
Custom Audience Engagement Activities
Every audience and agenda is different. I design customized, introvert-approved activities that encourage participation, create natural conversation, and help attendees connect without awkward icebreakers or forced fun. These experiences can be easily woven into transitions, general sessions, meals, receptions, and networking blocks.
